Philippines Fertilizer EUC Forms 2026: In order to enhance the uniformity, openness, and effectiveness of fertilizer registration processes, the Philippines’ Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA) has released Memorandum Circular No. 04, Series of 2026, which introduces updated and new Experimental Use Clearance (EUC) forms. The revised forms expedite technical evaluation procedures, standardize documentation, and make regulatory submissions easier.

The establishment of a Bioefficacy Trial Notification, Confirmation and Completion Endorsement Form, which unifies the notification, acknowledgment, and completion of bioefficacy field trials into a single standardized document, is a crucial component of the memorandum. The form ensures improved coordination, traceability, and regulatory monitoring throughout the trial process by requiring registrants to formally notify the FPA and the relevant Regional Field Unit (RFU) before to starting field trials and to submit confirmation upon completion.

The circular updates the format and documentation requirements of the current Fertilizer Registration Form in addition to the new bioefficacy trial form. These modifications are intended to lessen administrative discrepancies, enable more effective technical assessments, and encourage consistent application of fertilizer registration protocols throughout all FPA regional offices.
