When
A spraying log must be maintained when applying fumigants based on aluminium phosphide to control moles and marsh pigs as well as pests in places like grain warehouses. The Fumigation Order no longer contains the regulations for maintaining these spray records; instead, they will be found in the Spray records and its related recommendations.
Deadline for digital spraying journal postponed
The deadline for retaining spraying journals digitally has been extended by one year. Therefore, by January 31, 2028 at the latest, all spraying records for the preceding calendar year or growing season must be digitized. The Danish Environmental Protection Agency‘s recommendations outline the transitional regulations for digital Denmark pesticide spraying records 2026.
