Government has introduced a new program to empower women farmers through drone technology.

The government has launched a new program aimed at empowering women farmers by utilizing cutting-edge drone technology to precisely apply nano urea and D-ammonia phosphate (DAP) in agricultural fields. The initiative, housed at the newly established Cooperative Rural Development Trust (CORDET) at IFFCO in Phulpur, represents a significant step toward increasing farmer’s income and revolutionizing crop production program has already benefited 150 women farmers.

The ongoing efforts have already yielded results, with 150 women farmers receiving specialized technical training in the use of drone technology for nano urea application. The comprehensive training program will cover drone operation as well as the use of unmanned aerial vehicles for efficient sprinkling of nano urea and DAP in fields.

IFFCO will purchase 2500 drones for the application of nano fertilizer.

Officials from IFFCO reveal an ambitious strategic plan to acquire 2500 drones, signaling a commitment to lead the country’s adoption of nano fertilizers.

Women farmers are driving a sustainable agricultural revolution.

The women farmers spearheading this initiative are not only drone technology pioneers, but also at the forefront of a sustainable agricultural revolution. Their active participation demonstrates the importance of drone technology in agriculture.

The program has the potential to increase agricultural yields, farmer income, and environmental sustainability.

Women farmers who have been trained in the fundamentals of drone technology will play a critical role in shaping the country’s agricultural future. The success of this initiative represents a significant step toward achieving the goals of increased agricultural production.
