Job Title 1: Sales Executive

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Reporting to: General Manager & Regulatory Head

Role Overview:

Auxilife is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to support the company’s business expansion efforts. The role involves identifying new sales opportunities, managing and nurturing client relationships, and promoting the company’s services. Key responsibilities include lead generation, market research, negotiation, and consistently achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through research and outreach.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, documentation, and CRM updates.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
  • Promote the company’s products effectively to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical, operations) to support customer requirements.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, timely support, and repeat business.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market opportunities and customer insights.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (industry-specific experience preferred); freshers with strong motivation and aptitude are also welcome to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Job Title 2: Corporate Affairs- Assistant

Company: GPC, Sweden

Location: Pune Office (Auxilife division)

Technical Reporting: Managing Director

Administrative Reporting: GM (Auxilife)

Job Overview:

Provide high-trust executive support to the director by managing calendars, communications, meetings & appointments, coordinating travel/logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of director's given tasks in his absence through strong coordination and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Support to the Managing Director

  • Assist the Managing Director in daily office activities, scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure records are updated and easily accessible.
2. Statutory Compliance & Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparing and filing statutory forms, returns, and documents.
  • Track statutory due dates and ensure timely filings and renewals.
  • Support in maintaining and updating statutory registers, records, and minutes.
  • Conduct research and prepare analytical reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide general administrative assistance, travel coordination, and expense management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in business administration, Corporate Affairs, Law, or related field.
  • 0 to 1 years of experience in corporate affairs, executive assistance, or governance roles.
  • Strong understanding of corporate compliance, governance frameworks, and regulatory processes.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
